The purpose of this foundation is to assist Chinese American youth in Orange County by providing scholarships to those who meet the requirements. Each year, OCCACC will award at least six scholarships at $1,000 each to the high school graduates of the year. The scholarships are intended for students who meet the requirements and are pursuing higher education in a university of college

Your donations are an inspiration to and encouragement of our youth to do their best both in and out of the school. We are appreciated very much for the support from our community in the past years and look forward to your continue support this year.
